Easypurl.com, the industry`s leading marketing/Web design software is seeking a Helpdesk technician to provide excellent customer support. The position requires exceptional HTML/CSS skills and an interest in helping/teaching people how to use our Web application and perform Web design successfully.

Applicants will undergo a HTML/CSS a coding test, so please consider this prerequisite carefully before submitting your applications.
Job Functions:
- Respond to Customer Calls/Emails
- Troubleshoot customer problems
- Write HTML and CSS code for customer projects
- Log all requests in online help system, and monitor/mantain progress
- Train customer on use of Web application via Phone calls/online Webinars
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 years Web design/Development experience
- Exceptional HTML/CSS Coding skills
- Helpdesk Experience
- Inclination/interest in educating people on Web design/Web development
